I was recently passing a school at a time when the children were all coming out (dozens of them) after classes. Their Mums were waiting for their little ones at the school gates and all of them were dressed in burkhas. I couldn't help but marvel at how the children all knew which lady was their Mum and went straight to them without a problem. It's things like this that make me feel we still live in a fascinating world.
